In 2020, Portrait of a Lady (ca. 1620) was restored to reveal an authentic Rubens. It had been in a private collection for decades. It was shown at the Royal Academy of Art, London in 1902 as an authentic Rubens but its authorship was forgotten. It was recently auctioned by Sotheby’s London.

In 2017, Holy Family (ca. 1620) was stolen as part of an elaborate heist involving various con artists. In 2018, the painting was recovered by the police in Turin.
